RightFrom for Microsoft Outlook 2007

	Click File -> Options -> Add-ins. Select “COM add-ins” in the Manage: listbox (at the bottom of the page) and click Go button.
	You will see checked “RightFrom2010” in the list there.

RightFrom software is distributed as a set of .msi packages and thus can be deployed to computers or users in the organization using Windows Group Policy Software Installation.

Testing

Let’s suppose that the primary mailbox name is “John Doe” and SMTP address is “[email protected]” and the additional mailbox name is “testuser1” and SMTP address is “[email protected]”.

1. Run Outlook, navigate to testuser1 Inbox and click “New E-mail” button to create a new message. Enable From: field. Make sure that From: field is auto-populated with “[email protected]”.
2. Click File -> Options -> Mail -> Signatures. Create 4 different signatures and name them as “JohnDoeNew”, “JohnDoeReply”,”Testuser1New” and “Testuser1Reply”. Set the signature for new messages to “JohnDoeNew” and the signature for replies and forwards to “JohnDoeReply”. Click OK button.
3. Click File -> Options -> Add-ins -> Add-In Options. Select RightFrom tab. Click on “Mailbox – testuser1” in the list of Additional Mailboxes. Using drop-down lists, set the signature for new messages to “Testuser1New” and the signature for replies and forwards to “Testuser1Reply”. You will see the text previews of these signatures in the appropriated textboxes. Click Apply button. Click OK button to exit Options.
4. Navigate to testuser1 Inbox and click “New E-mail” button to create a new message. Enable From: field. Make sure that From: field is auto-populated with “[email protected]” and Testuser1New signature is inserted to the message.
5. Navigate to John Doe’s Inbox and click “New E-mail” button to create a new message. Make sure that From: field is auto-populated with “JDoe” and JohnDoeNew signature is inserted to the message.

We have tested RightFrom with Outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019 on Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.

It can run on Outlook 365 also.

Uninstallation

You can uninstall RightFrom using Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel.

About this demo version

RightFrom demo version adds “RightFrom DEMO VERSION” phrase to the Subject line of each message that is created in the additional mailbox.
